People’s Party MP Vladimir Gajić said today that the main problem in the negotiations on the Franco-German plan for Kosovo is that they are negotiating with those who are not responsible for it, that is, the Quinte states.
As reported by the People’s Party, Gajić said at the parliamentary session where judicial laws are being discussed that representatives of the authorities should stop those talks “regardless of the pressure, because on the other side the national interest of Serbia prevails”.
“I am fighting against the development of a colonial consciousness here and anyone influencing the making of political decisions, especially decisions concerning national and state interests,” said Gajić.
Gajić said that the EU envoy for dialogue on Kosovo, Miroslav Lajčak, stated in a tweet that he was satisfied that the Prime Minister of Pristina, Aljbin Kurti, “accepted the paper in principle”, and asked “who is the other one who accepted that proposal”.
The MP of the People’s Party stated that the senior prosecutor in Belgrade, Nenad Stefanović, is “persecuting” the inspector of the anti-drug department of the Belgrade police, Slobodan Milenkovic, and his colleagues, on the basis of whose operational work two indictments were brought for the production of marijuana at “Jovanjica”, which were confirmed. they have passed the control of the court and the court process is in progress.
“The prosecutor subjects those police officers to internal control procedures in the police, files criminal charges, implements secret surveillance measures and other special investigative methods, and eventually follows them around the street,” said Gajić.
Member of the People’s Party Borislav Novaković asked the Minister of Justice Maja Popović why no one in the police and prosecutor’s office was prosecuted for leaking information.
“What people say in the police and the prosecutor’s office immediately appears in the media under the control of the authorities. When the information leaks out, two criminal acts of abuse of official position and disclosure of an official secret have been committed,” said Novaković.
“Why hasn’t anyone from the police or prosecution been punished? The European Commission’s report states that no such proceedings have been initiated and that since 2012, everything said in the prosecution sooner or later appears on the front pages of the tabloids. This is inadmissible and cannot be the legal system is being regulated,” Novaković added.
Novaković stated that it is clear that the aim of leaking information is to put pressure on the people who gave statements to the prosecution and the police.
